Today is the fourteenth anniversary of the disappearance of Dylan Dobbs Zavaleta. He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Innocenio Crisanto Zavaleta, from Texarkana, Texas.

I have just received word from the Doe Network that Toussaint Gumbs has been identified as a person found in Virginia in 1995. The body was found several days before he was reported to have run away, and the fact his case was removed from NCIC probably hindered the identification. His case has been resolved.
I have just received word that Nikki Trollinger has been identified as an unidentified individual found in 1985. I have resolved her case. While this is not the outcome I would have liked, at least her family now has closure. The new poster is that of Melissa Fadden.
