Today is the thirteenth anniversary of the disappearance of Cynthia Maria Pfenninger. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Makri Soledad Pfenninger, from Coral Springs, Florida. They may have traveled to Venezuela.
Above are pictures of Cynthia and her mother in 1996 and an age-progressed image of Cnythia to eleven years. Today is the thirty-third anniversary of the disappearance of Angel Torres-Irizarry. He was last seen playing with his identical twin brother in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico.
